Lloyd Yacht Collective is a Sydney-based yacht management, detailing, brokerage, syndicate and styling company, founded by husband-and-wife team Shaun Raymond-Lloyd and Alice Lloyd. With more than 20 years of skippering experience on Sydney Harbour, Shaun brings extensive practical knowledge of vessels, maintenance and life on the water. Alice brings marketing experience, eye for detail, design and client experience that has helped evolve the business beyond traditional yacht management. Founded in 2019 as Lloyd Yacht Management, the business has grown into Lloyd Yacht Collective — bringing together yacht management, sales, styling and photography under one considered service. Alongside our trusted team and long-standing network of marine contractors, slipways and industry specialists, we treat every vessel as if it were our own. At heart, we’re still a family-run business — just with a bigger team, a broader offering and a lot more boats.
